Good mat prob not best for body workouts because moist hands will slip a bit. I have a softer mat for laying down excersizes and such.
We've had this mat for more than 2 years. We unroll it for workouts 2-3 times a week and it has held up superbly. Works perfectly for our needs. Highly recommended.
Ordered two mats. One was 8'x 6' and the other was 10'x 6'. They are both nice looking but texturally the mats have different materials. One of them seems to have a more dense foam and the other is like yoga mat material.
I bought the purple 6x8' mat and it's working great - came nicely packaged with workout gloves. It unrolled easily and with just some weights around it initially to help it relax from being rolled up, its been great to use! I love the purple, there's no smell and the size is perfect!
I received the mat today. The packing was done really well with straps and a nice cover for the mat. When opened, the first impression was beyond my expectations. It feels strong and rigid with ample support to help my knees during workout. I did my first workout on the mat and I did quiet a few jumps and felt solid and just right for my needs. I am sure this mat is going to serve me for a long time and definitely going to help my knee pain as well. the measurements were dead on and I am really happy. I will certainly update once I get to use it for a while, but so far I feel its an amazing mat for the money.

This 6x8 mat works perfectly for my new office/gym. It stays in place and is very dense. The weights and bench leave some divots in the mat but they pop out like a memory foam. I like this mat because it's easy to roll up and store when we have family stay and this becomes a temporary bedroom.
I've been using this mat for a little over a month now for Focus T25, and thought that the wrinkles, that were most likely caused during the manufacturing process, would flatten out over time but they haven't. Maybe this is partly why it slides all over the place on carpet more than it should; causing me to have to put weights on the corners to keep it in place. Overall the mat serves its purpose, but is of average quality and I would not purchase again or recommend to a friend. *Update*: After leaving this review I was contacted by customer service, who in turn got me in contact with management. Management deemed the mat to be defective and sent out a brand new mat. Upon taken the mat out of the bag I could immediately tell a difference in the quality. After stretching the mat out I gave it a quick 5 minute agility test, and the mat exhibited little to no movement on carpet, where as the previous mat shifted positions under my feet. Customer service was great and I received the replacement mat within a week. Now I have a mat of premium quality that I would recommend to a friend or anyone looking for a premium exercise at a very reasonable cost.
Update 1.5 years later: This is still my dining room floor, and I couldn't be more pleased with it.---------- I can't review this as an exercise mat, though I'm sure it would be great at that. But I have been looking everywhere for a wipe-able surface to put under my dining room table. I live an apartment that, for some idiotic reason, has carpet in the dining room. I also have two small children. I do not like cleaning food and spilled drinks out of the carpet. I have been looking for a mat/rug that would mimic easy-to-clean hardwood/tile/linoleum. And I didn't want to spend a fortune. I thought about those plastic mats that you use to make office chairs roll on carpet, but to get one big enough to fill a room is insanely expensive. I finally landed on this extra large exercise mat. It looks great. I just got it today, so I can't comment on durability long-term, but I'm really excited to find out.

I am 6'2''? and my wife is 5' 7'' and this mat is the right size. Good quality and I highly recommend. Great mat for extra cushion during workouts..This mat is great and the perfect size for doing Beachbody exercises. We have a gym in our basement that is carpeted, but were looking for more cushion and this mat is great. It does move on the carpet, but only slightly. It also came with a free pair of gloves.
Durable enough and protect my floor from damage.Fantastic equipment mat!!! I run a small gym club and I use them to protect my floor from damage and sweat while doing some exercise. The gym equipment is extremely stable while using the mat. They are a little indentation on the mat after user from the trainer feet but they don't appear to be causing any permanent damage.

Great mat for garage gym.This mat is high quality, with a good thickness & density for strength training for the home gym I created in the corner of my garage. I like that the mat comes in many different sizes, so I was able to find the exact fit (6'x8') for my space in one continuous mat, since I did not want a bunch of interlocking squares. Can't say for sure yet about durability, but seems like it will hold up for a long time.
I get down and I get up and this mat makes that process better.My Insanity workouts are a heck of a lot better on my joints with a little padding from this mat, versus the hard wood floor I was working out on before. The one thing I am not super-thrilled with is how slick the outer perimeter seems to have gotten and stayed. I clean it after each use but, even after cleaning, the areas where my sweat seems to fall and collect the most tend to stay a little on the slippery side (where my feet rest when I go to do a push-up, for example). If I can get that to stop happening, I'll be totally satisfied instead of mostly satisfied. It's also a little expensive for a rubber mat, but I guess it's kind of a specialty item to need an exercise mat so large and you gotta pay the piper for the luxury.
Professional quality.As described. It is a substantial mat. It has a useful thickness that prevents a painful impact when exercising, especially on top of my hard tile floor. It has enough texture to prevent too much slipperiness unless there are pools of sweat at your feet. Though it has some give, I still need to put a yoga mat on top of it when doing yoga. Not everyone would need the extra padding. The mat stays in place without moving or sliding even though I have no exercise machines on it or anything heavy to hold it. I am pleased with the purchase.
Great exercise mat.There is so much room on this thick mat. I love being able to stretch in my living room in front of my tv/youtube videos. My friend came over and there was plenty of room for both of us. Makes more sense than a tiny yoga mat. This is Covid era home gym technology and it works.

Truly love this mat. I put right into use in my gym. Easy to clean and allows for me to feel more comfortable with floor exercises and jump/plyo type movements. If you have home based gym this is a must have.
Well built and heavy duty.This is not a long term review yet, however I can say that first impressions are positive. It is heavy and seems well built, it bounces back to its shape after setting dumbbells, kettlebells, etc on it. It is thicker than expected and thicker than other mats I have purchases to put under spin bike and treadmill. So far positive experience.
LOVE it!I am absolutely in love with this mat! I am happy that I purchased the one that is designed for a little more than yoga even though I find that it is perfect for yoga as well, I just throw a nonskid yoga towel on it. It is sturdy and comfortable. I have it in a small carpeted room and it allows me to do yoga and I don't have to be afraid of it scratching when I do zumba. So far it's been great! I was hesitant because of the price but the quality really shows. It came in a travel bag that is well made, gloves, care instructions, and it says it has a lifetime guarantee on it! WIN! Also, it has no terrible odor...
