FREE SHIPPING

Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include:
Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico
APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.

*GXMMAT's business scope is temporarily limited to the United States and Canada.

Domestic Orders (Contiguous US)

We don't want to keep you waiting. Depending on the time of day your order is placed, location, and time of year, your order can arrive in 2-3 days with Expedited Shipping and 3-5 days with Free Shipping.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

* Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. Weather conditions may affect transit times as well.

Missing Orders

If your tracking number shows “delivered”, but you have not received it, please reach out to our Customer Care Team within 5 days (support@gxmmat.com), so that we can open an investigation with shipping carriers to try to locate your order.
